tragic! this was my old neighborhood.  i spent countless hours in that barnes & noble—especially when it was too cold for me to go anywhere, but i couldn’t stand to be cooped up in my small apartment anymore.  this is also where i went to a book signing and got Dave Barry to sign my copy of Dave Barry’s Guide To Guys and then walked out weeping with joy (i was 22).  on the bright side, my aunt carol will be delighted to hear there’s going to be another Century 21 in the city.   peterwknox: » Lincoln Triangle Barnes & Noble to Close; Century 21 Planned to Open in its Place - My Upper West Terrible.
